WORCESTER, Mass. (10/4/25) - Franklin Pierce University's women's rowing hit the water for the 2025 fall season as they opened their new campaign at the Quinsigamond Snake Regatta in Worcester, Massachusetts, racing in the Collegiate 2x (double) and Novice 4+.
The Novice 4+ placed second out of two participating squads with a 22:20.1 race time, finishing behind winner, Assumption College (22:03.01). Meanwhile, the Pierce double recorded their own 2nd-place finish out of three opposing boats, completing the stretch with a 19:45.9 to finish behind MIT. MIT's second boat was scratched prior to the race.

The Ravens will compete again tomorrow for the Textile Regatta on the Merrimack River. Franklin Pierce will have a Novice 4+, double, Varsity 4+ and single all in the collegiate meet.
