The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the Northeast-10 Conference and the New England Women's Hockey Alliance (NEWHA), along with Franklin Pierce University, provide an opportunity for students-athletes to compete in world-class athletic competition and regionally accredited academics to promote long-lasting well-being and joy.  Compliance is the responsibility of the University to ensure that everyone is meeting the rules and regulations put in place to provide a level-playing field.
