RINDGE, N.H. (12/17/25) - Franklin Pierce University linebacker Geno Facchetti (Wilbraham, Mass.) was named Wednesday to the second team of D2CCAA All-American football.
Facchetti was the only Northeast 10 student-athlete to appear on the D2CCA All-America squad.
Facchetti, a senior linebacker from Wilbraham, Massachusetts, was named the NE10 Defensive Player of the Year after a record-breaking season for the Ravens. Earlier this month, he was named the D2CCA Super Region Defensive Player of the Year, the first Raven to caputure both honors.
Facchetti totaled 62 tackles, 39 solo, and led the conference with 15.5 tackles for loss for 69 yards. His 9.0 sacks set a new single-season program record and helped the Ravens lead the NE10 in total team sacks.
The All-American honor adds to his total list of accolades he has collected this season including:
- The Joe Zabilski Award, by the Gridiron Club of Greater Boston
- New England Football Writers Association Division II/III All-New England Team
