RINDGE, N.H. (1/7/2026) - Five players from the Franklin Pierce football team were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team on Tuesday.
Tristan Evans (East Dummerston, Vt.), Austyn Howe (Newington, Conn.), Reimello Hyde (Nashua, N.H.), Zahkeer Kerr (Hartford, Conn.), and Colin Kroeger (Clearwater, Fla.) all received the accolade which recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their performance on the field and in the classroom.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District Football Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, and NAIA. To earn a spot on the team, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.50 and compete in 90% or start in 66% of their team's games.
Junior Tristan Evans holds a 3.52 GPA while majoring in Finance. At wide receiver, Evans played in all ten games for the Ravens, with 2 touchdowns, 19 receptions, and totaling 178 yards.
Working towards his Master of Business Administration, graduate student Austyn Howe holds a 3.94 GPA. The wide receiver appeared in nine games for the Ravens, having 16 receptions for 158 yards. Howe added three touchdowns for the Ravens in the 2025 season.
The New Hampshire native, junior Reimello Hyde majors in Sports Management and holds a 3.55 GPA. The running back was named to the Northeast 10 Conference First Team Offense after appearing in all ten games for the Ravens. Hyde rushed for 866 yards, notched six touchdowns, and had 19 receptions for 147 yards in the 2025 campaign.
Majoring in Sports Management, sophomore Zahkeer Kerr has a 3.60 GPA. Appearing in nine games as a defensive back, Kerr recorded 35 tackles and one interception for the Ravens.
While pursuing his Master of Business Administration, Colin Kroeger has maintained a 4.0 GPA. Playing in every game on the defensive line for the Ravens, Kroeger made three solo tackles and five assisted for eight total tackles during the 2025 season.
