SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (4/18/26) – The Franklin Pierce University track & field teams delivered a strong performance at the AIC Invitational on Saturday, highlighted by a school-record mark and multiple event victories.
MEN'S RESULTS
Viktar Kachalouski (Brest, Belarus) led the way with a record-breaking performance in the high jump, clearing 2.04 meters (6'8.25") to win the event and set a new program standard.
Connor Wilcox (Colchester, Conn.) paced the distance group with a victory in the 5000 meters (16:04.14) and a runner-up finish in the 1500 meters (4:12.59).
Noah Roberts (Westerly, R.I.) added another win on the track, crossing first in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:03.54.
The 4x100 relay team of Darren Romani (Seekonk, Mass.) Cristian Reinoso (Lawrence, Mass.), Bryce Dragsbaek (Franklin, Mass.), and Jamel Lee (New Haven, Conn.) turned in a first-place finish with a time of 41.77.
Seamus Considine (FR) claimed the hammer throw title (49.50m) and Noah Delgado (SO) added a victory in the javelin (153'7").
WOMEN'S RESULTS
On the women's side, Issys Price (Brockton, Mass.) posted a pair of victories, winning the 100 meters (12.21) and the long jump (5.30 meters).
Melany Walker (Queens, N.Y.) secured a win in the 400 meters (1:02.06).
Abigail Philbin (Narragansett, R.I.) won both the hammer throw (45.23m) and shot put (10.59m), while Destiny Fields (Lindenwold, N.J.) captured first in the discus (39.25m).
