Ravens Aim to Climb NE10 Standings in 2026

NORTH ATTLEBORO, MASS. (1/22/2026) - The Franklin Pierce University women's lacrosse team team has been picked ninth in the Northeast-10 Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll, the league announced Thursday afternoon. The Ravens collected 20 points in the voting. 

The Ravens come off of a 3-11 2025 season (1-8 NE10), falling short of the conference tournament bracket. 

Among the key returners is senior midfielder Erin McIlroy, who earned All-Conference Third Team recognition after an impressive season starting all14 games for Franklin Pierce. McIlroy led the team offensively as a junior with 38 goals and 7 assists for a total of 45 points. She also had 35 draw controls and forced 19 turnovers on the season.

Adelphi claimed the top spot in the poll with 81 points and nine first- place votes, followed by Pace (73 points, one first-place vote). Saint Anselm (62 points), Bentley (54 points), and Assumption (48 points) finished out the top five.

Franklin Pierce will open their 2026 campaign on Friday, February 13 at Dominican University of California in San Rafael, California.
