WINTHROP, Mass. (6/13/25) - On Friday, the New England Women's Hockey Alliance honored 166 student-athletes from all eight member institutions with All-Academic Team distinction. Â
To be eligible for the All-Academic Team for the NEWHA, student-athletes must have achieved at least a 3.0 grade-point average in both the first and second semesters. The Student-Athlete of the Year award is conveyed to the student-athlete(s) who maintained the highest grade-point average in the league. Â
