RINDGE, N.H. (12/16/25) - Four players from the Franklin Pierce volleyball team were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team on Tuesday.
Kori Garnhart (Colorado Springs, Colo.), Katholiki Koukia (Rhodes, Greece), Annaka Lindstrom (Dudley, Mass.), and Martina Spackova (Bratislava, Slovakia) all received the honor for the second year in a row. The accolade recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their performance on the court and in the classroom.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District Volleyball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, and NAIA. To earn a spot on the team, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.50 and compete in 90% or start in 66% of their team's matches.
Senior Kori Garnhart holds a 4.0 GPA with majors in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology. The designated setter appeared in all 24 games for the Ravens, tallying 26 service aces and adding 129 digs this season.
While majoring in Health Science, senior Katholiki Koukia holds a 3.91 PA, playing in 23 of the Ravens' 24 matches. The outside hitter had 170 kills this season, with 59.0 blocks.
Majoring in Criminal Justice, senior Annaka Lindstrom has a 3.90 GPA. Starting in all 24 matches, the setter lead the team in service aces (39) and assists (639) and contributed 196 digs and 62.0 blocks. As a member of the NE10 Second Team All-Conference, Windjammer Classic All-Tournament Team, Lindstrom will advance to the CSC Academic All-American ballot.
Senior Martina Spackova majors in History and Political Science while holding a 4.0 GPA. The middle blocker has played in all 24 of the Ravens' matches this season and led the team in blocks (89.0) while also contributing 107 kills.
