RINDGE, N.H. (11/25/25) - Four members of the Franklin Pierce University men's soccer program earned recognition on the 2025 D2CCA All-East Region Team, highlighted by one First Team selection and three Second Team honorees.
Senior forward Guillermo Avendaño (Luanco, Spain) was named to the First Team, following a standout season in which he led the Ravens with 13 goals, 2 assists, and 28 points.
Senior midfielder Joao Araujo (Madeira, Portugal) collected the regional accolade after producing 5 goals and 5 assists. Senior defender Julen Martin (Bilbao, Spain) was recognized for his strong work along the back line, contributing three goals and four assists while logging nearly 1,400 minutes. First-year defender Stepan Fiker (Prague, Czech Republic) also earned a spot after an impressive debut season, adding four goals and five assists in 19 starts and NE10 Rookie of the Year honors.
The Ravens look to this weekend as they take on Gannon in the Sweet Sixteen. The two teams will face off on Sunday (11/30) at 4:00 p.m. at Sodexo Field.
