JOHNSTOWN, Penn. (5/8/26) – After two rounds at the NCAA Division II Men's Golf Atlantic/East Regional, Seth Saffell (Castro Valley, Calif.) sits tied for seventh after earning an individual selection to the tournament for the second consecutive season.
Saffell opened the tournament with an even-par performance in round one, carding four birdies while hitting par on 10 holes to finish the day tied for sixth overall.
In round two, Saffell posted a 70 (+2), turning in another steady performance by recording par on 14 holes. Following the second day of competition, he moved into a tie for seventh alongside four other golfers.
Saffell will tee off in the final round of the regional tomorrow, looking to secure one of the top two individual spots and advance to the NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship in Boulder City, Nevada, which begins on May 18.
