RINDGE, N.H. (4/18/26) – The Franklin Pierce University women's lacrosse team turned in a dominant performance on Saturday afternoon, cruising to a 22-1 victory over St. Thomas Aquinas College at Sodexo Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Franklin Pierce took control right away, scoring the first five goals of the afternoon and holding STAC scoreless for more than 14 minutes to open the game. Erin McIlroy (Newfields, N.H.) struck first on a man-up opportunity, and Olivia Robb (East Longmeadow, Mass.) followed with back-to-back goals as the Ravens built a 5-0 lead in the first quarter. The Spartans got on the board with 44 seconds left in the opening frame, but Franklin Pierce answered with six goals in the second quarter to take an 11-1 lead into halftime.
- The Ravens continued to pour it on after the break. Franklin Pierce scored four times in the third quarter, including goals from Robb, Courtney Hannes (Tyngsborough, Mas.), Julianna Lanzillo (Chelmsford, Mass.) and Alyssa Brodeur (Boscawen, N.H.), before adding seven more in the fourth to put the game away. Robb netted two more goals in the final quarter, while Maura Cogavin (Franklin, Mass.), Bella Adams (Tyngsborough, Mass.), Rachel Taylor (Saratoga Springs, Utah), Hannes and Jayleigh Howarth (Freetown, Mass.) also scored in the closing 15 minutes.
BREAKING DOWN THE NUMBERS
- Robb led the offensive effort with five goals, while McIlroy and Hannes each added three.
- Kelci Waters (Milford, N.H.) totaled seven points on two goals and five assists.
- Franklin Pierce controlled play across the board, outshooting STAC 40-17, holding a 24-14 edge in ground balls and winning the draw-control battle, 16-8.
- Olivia Godwin (Hanson, Mass.) made 12 saves in net for the Ravens.
