RINDGE, N.H. (4/13/26) – The Franklin Pierce University women's tennis team earned a hard-fought 4-3 victory over Saint Anselm in Northeast 10 action at the FPU Tennis Courts.

Saint Anselm opened the match by claiming the doubles point, taking wins at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles.
Franklin Pierce responded in singles play, winning four of six matches to secure the comeback victory.
Freshman Inés Gabarro (Barcelona, Spain) set the tone at the top of the lineup with a strong 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 1 singles.
At No. 2 singles, Sara Gonzalez (Bogotá, Colombia) delivered a dominant performance, earning a 6-1, 6-1 victory.
The Ravens continued to build momentum as Gabriela Yamate (São Paulo, Brazil) picked up a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 4 singles.
Ana Muñoz (Anzoátegui, Venezuela) clinched the match for Franklin Pierce at No. 5 singles with an impressive 6-0, 6-1 victory.
Saint Anselm picked up singles wins at No. 3 and No. 6.
