The Ravens Fall to Saint Michael's in NE10 Action, 9-14

RINDGE, N.H. (4/15/26) - The Ravens played against Saint Michael's College in an NE10 matchup, falling to the Purple Knights, 9-14. Despite the loss, Senior Erin McIlroy (Newfields, N.H.) reaches 100 goals in her career.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

  • Saint Michael's jumped out to an early lead, scoring twice in the opening minutes before Olivia Robb (East Longmeadow, Mass.) got Franklin Pierce on the board. The Purple Knights continued their strong first quarter, building a 5-2 advantage despite a late goal from Erin McIlroy (Newfields, N.H.).  
  • In the second quarter, the Ravens responded with a push. Alyssa Brodeur (Boscawen, N.H.), McIlroy, and Kelci Waters (Milford, N.H.) each found the back of the net during a three-goal stretch that cut the deficit to 7-5. However, Saint Michael's added a late goal to take an 8-5 lead into halftime.  
  • Out of the break, Franklin Pierce continued to battle. Courtney Hannes (Tyngsborough, Mass.) scored early in the third, but Saint Michael's answered with a three-goal run to extend its lead.  
  • In the final frame, Tovah Lowy (Simsbury, Conn.) and Robb each scored for the Ravens, but Saint Michael's maintained control down the stretch, adding another goal to secure the 14-9 win.  

BREAKING DOWN THE NUMBERS 

  • Robb led the team with 3 goals, followed by McIlroy with two goals and 2 assists. 
  • The Ravens outshot the Purple Knights 29 to 27.  
  • Olivia Godwin (Hanson, Mass.) made 7 saves.
