COLCHESTER, Vt. (2/10/26) - The Franklin Pierce University men's basketball team hung tough in one of its most efficient offensive showings of the season, but Saint Michael's answered every push and held on late as the Ravens fell 94–89 in Tuesday night NE10 action.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Franklin Pierce opened the night trading baskets with the Purple Knights as Anthony Parker (Middletown, Conn.) and Raymond Baka (Atlanta, Ga.) supplied early scoring. Baka threw down a transition dunk and Parker knocked down a pair of threes to keep the Ravens within striking distance throughout the first half. Despite shooting 46.7% before the break, FPU trailed just 43–39 at halftime.
- The Ravens came out firing in the second half, with Baka powering through the lane for multiple finishes and Parker connecting on shots from deep to trim the deficit to a single possession. Each time Franklin Pierce closed the gap, Saint Michael's responded—often from beyond the arc or at the free-throw line.
- A late surge from Kayvontay Williams (Queensvillage, N.Y.), including a fast-break layup and trips to the line, pulled the Ravens back within four entering the final minutes. However, Saint Michael's closed the contest at the stripe, finishing 24-for-28 and maintaining just enough separation to secure the 94–89 final.
