WINCHENDON, Mass. (1/9/26) - The Ravens returned to NEWHA conference play in 2026 with a series against Sacred Heart University. Between Caleigh Murphy's (Belle Harbor, N.Y.) overtime goal and Jill Hertl's (Highland Park, Ill.) 45 saves, the Ravens were able to win game one over the pioneers, 3-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Pioneers would strike early in the first minute of the game, with Julianna Koman finding Ally Cohen in front of the net.
- Maggie Korneta (Naperville, Ill.) would respond shortly after, tying the game at 1-1 heading into the second period.
- The Ravens would put a point on the board over the Ravens in the second after Abigail Broz (White Bear Lake, Minn.) would find Brynn Levinson (Glencoe, Ill.) for the lead.
- With the minutes dwindling down for the Pioneers, they would get a power play opportunity after Broz would get called for tripping. Addie Bowlby found the back of the net through traffic, evening the score and sending the game into overtime.
- The game would end in the last 30 seconds of overtime, after Caleigh Murphy fired a shot past the Jillian Petruno, giving the Ravens the overtime win.
BREAKING DOWN THE NUMBERS
