HOW IT HAPPENED
- Franklin Pierce struck first in the first period when Mario Paganini slotted the puck past the Lancers' goaltender, finishing a setup from Austin Pick and Nick Fish to give the Ravens an early 1-0 advantage.
- Despite the early scoring opportunity, the Ravens would not find the back of the net again. Worcester State answered in the first period with two late goals to take the 2-1 lead.
- In the middle frame, the Lancers pulled away with five goals, including two on the power play, extending their advantage to 7-1 at the second intermission.
- Continuing to apply pressure, Worcester State added four more goals in the third period to close out the game 11-1.
