HOW IT HAPPENED
- LIU struck first in the opening minutes of the game, when Eliza Quackenbush found Evelyn Latka in front of the net, who was able to fire a shot past Jill Hertl (Highland Park, Ill.).
- In the second period, Maggie Korneta (Naperville, Ill.) would carry the puck all the way down the ice, finding the corner of the net for the equalizer.
- The Ravens would have two power play opportunities in the third period but were unable to produce any goals for the lead, sending the game into overtime.
- Despite a few chances for the Ravens in OT, Drew Dyczkowski would score on Rylee Eno (Uxbridge, Ontario), ending the game in a 1-2 loss.
