WINCHENDON, Mass. (12/6/25) - In game 2 of the series against Saint Michael's College, the Ravens evenly matched the Purple Knights in the first match. However, the Purple Knights put up 4 second period goals, handing the Ravens a 2-6 conference loss.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the first period, the score remained level for a majority of the period until Marshall Thomas struck first for the Ravens. It wouldn't be long before Austin Pick (Troutdale, Ore.) would respond, evening the score going into the second period.
- The Purple Knights would pull away from the Ravens in the second period. Ben Baxter would put one past Riley Mastowski (Jamestown, Pa.) and then Quinn McCarthy would succeed in a power play after Matthew Frett (Cherry Hill, N.J.) got called for slashing.
- The Purple Knights extended their lead with goals from Jake Leale and another goal from Baxter.
- Mario Paganini (Harrison, N.Y.) would open up the third half with a goal, making the score 5-2 but an empty net goal from Matti Tauriainen would seal the deal for the Purple Knights.
