HOW IT HAPPENED

- Pace found the equalizer in the 82nd minute on a free kick opportunity. Milani Thompson sent a service into a crowded box, where a deflected header fell to Meredith Klosek, who nodded it in to tie the match, 1-1.
- The Ravens quickly answered back with relentless pressure in the attacking third. Olivia Crespo (Ludlow, Mass.) sent a cross into the box that McKenna Maguire (Brookline, N.H.) redirected toward goal. The attempt ricocheted off a defender and into the net, restoring Franklin Pierce's lead and sealing the 2-1 victory.
