(11/14/25) – The Franklin Pierce University men's ice hockey team picked up its third straight Northeast 10 Conference win on Friday night, shutting out Post University, 3-0, inside the Jason Ritchie Ice Arena. The Ravens improve to 4-2-0 overall and 3-0-0 in NE10 play, while earning their first shutout of the season under first-year head coach

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Franklin Pierce struck first in the opening period. John Sterling buried the game's opening goal at 11:37, finishing a feed from Todd Branish to give the Ravens a 1-0 advantage.
- The Ravens added two more in the second. At 10:03, Drew White scored his first collegiate goal off assists from Keenan Howard and Cole Madzey, doubling the lead.
- With under a minute left in the period, Mario Paganini continued his strong start to the year, firing home his eighth of the season at 19:19 after a setup by Austin Pick.
- Franklin Pierce held that 3-0 lead the rest of the way, powered by a disciplined defensive effort and strong special teams play. The Ravens killed off all four Post power plays and held the Eagles to just seven shots in the third period.
BREAKING DOWN THE NUMBERS
- Jeremy Connor earned the shutout with a season-high 26 saves, his third career clean sheet.
- Franklin Pierce scored all three goals at even strength.
