Millie Conod

Millie Conod joins the Franklin Pierce University women’s soccer program as a graduate assistant coach for the 2025 season.

Conod played collegiate soccer at the University of Pikeville and Kentucky Christian University, serving as a team captain at both programs. She earned Appalachian Athletic Conference All-Conference honors and was named the conference’s Goalkeeper of the Year in 2021. Conod holds the career shutout record at Pikeville.

Conod’s coaching experience includes time as a women’s soccer intern at Pikeville, where she assisted with training sessions, goalkeeper development, recruiting, and program operations. She has also coached at the club level with Eastern Elite Academy and served as Head Coach of the Pike County U19s, along with providing individual goalkeeper training.

A native of Walsall, England, Conod graduated from the University of Pikeville in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. She holds a US Soccer Introduction to Grassroots Coaching License and England Football’s EE Playmaker certification.
