WINCHENDON, Mass. (1/16/26) – The Franklin Pierce University women's ice hockey team earned a NEWHA conference shutout on Friday night, defeating Post University, 2–0, at Jason Ritchie Ice Arena. Behind a 39-save performance from Jill Hertl (Highland Park, Ill.) and goals from Addison Andre (South St. Paul, Minn.) and Brynn Levinson (Glencoe, Ill.), the Ravens improved their conference record with the victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The opening period was scoreless as both teams battled defensively, with Jill Hertl (Highland Park, Ill.) turning aside several early Post chances.
- Franklin Pierce broke through in the second period when Addison Andre (South St. Paul, Minn.) netted her first goal of the game to give the Ravens a 1–0 lead.
- The Ravens doubled their advantage in the third period as Brynn Levinson (Glencoe, Ill.) finished a scoring chance to extend the lead to two.
- Strong defensive play in the final minutes preserved the shutout, as Franklin Pierce held Post scoreless for all 60 minutes.
