KEENE, N.H. 9/18/25 - The Franklin Pierce Women's Golf Team hosted the Franklin Pierce Invitational at the Keene Country Club, placing 4th out of 4 teams despite strong individual performances from key players. Lorelai Flanagan and Yiyou Chen placed in the top five despite tough competition.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Lorelai Flanagan (Arlington, Mass.) and Yiyou Chen (Shanghai, China) led the way for the Ravens, each tying for fourth place overall with scores of 82 (+10). Flanagan carded two birdies and seven pars, while Chen opened strong with three birdies in her first five holes and added six pars on the day.
- Freshman Téa Waleebavorndach (Pathum-Thani, Thailand) also impressed, tying for sixth place with a round of 87 (+15), which included one birdie and six pars.
- Nicole Sierakowski (Coventry, Conn.) completed the team's scoring with a round of 112 (+40).
- Despite the top performances, the Ravens placed fourth in the team standings with Bentley finishing as the top team.
UP NEXT FOR THE RAVENS: The Ravens will compete at the Northeast 10 Championships on Tuesday, September 30th to Wednesday, October 1st. The Championships will be held at the Stonebridge Country Club in Goffstown, N.H.
