HOPKINTON, N.H. (11/8/25) - The Franklin Pierce Ravens men's and women's cross-country teams wrapped up their 2025 seasons on Saturday at the NCAA Division II East Regional Cross Country Championships, held at Hopkinton Fairgrounds in New Hampshire. The meet brought together top regional programs and set the stage for national qualification.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Women's 6K Championship Race
Freshman Melany Walker led the Ravens, finishing the 6-kilometer course in 27:27.04 to place 92nd overall. Teammates Jennifer Kulick (28:54.22) and Rachel LeBlanc (28:54.36) crossed nearly together, followed by Lauren Muldoon (29:43.15). Lillian Byrne rounded out the scoring five in 35:18.01.
Men's 10K Championship Race
The men's squad earned an impressive third-place team finish in a field of 17 teams. Leading the way was Gunner Currier (32:37.46, 12th), followed by Sam Fortin (32:51.43, 15th), then Liam Doherty (33:01.95, 18th). Evan Spence finished 35th, John Viens placed 41st, Noah Roberts was 55th, and David Breault rounded out the scoring pack in 86th.
The men's team secured qualification for the 2025 NCAA Division II Cross Country National Championships, scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Wayne E. Danehl National Cross Country Course in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
