A few minutes later, the Ravens would attempt to make a mark on the scoreboard. They brought the puck up the ice quickly and Thomas Perivolotis (Littleton, Mass.) would take a shot that would be saved by the Hawks goaltender. However, Todd Branish (Littleton, Colo.) would be there for the rebound and put the Ravens on the board.

Once again, the Ravens would continue to attempt to apply pressure on the Hawks. Mario Paganini (Harrison, N.Y.) would take the puck from a Hawks defender all on his own to get it past the Hawks' goaltender to bring the score within 2.

The Hawks were sure to add one last tally to the board with less than a minute remaining. The Ravens had taken out their goalie in attempt to make a comeback on the Hawks, however, Mark Blaney was able to find the puck and send it towards the empty net to solidify the win.
UP NEXT FOR THE RAVENS: The men's hockey team continues their stretch of hosting as they bring in a non-conference opponent, Framingham State on Tuesday night. Puck drop is set for 7 PM.
