Ryon Lynch

Ryon Lynch was named the head coach of the Franklin Pierce men's lacrosse program in July 2025. He brings nearly a decade of collegiate coaching experience and a proven track record of success from one of the most respected Division III lacrosse programs in the country.

Lynch spent the previous eight seasons as the offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator for the men’s lacrosse team at Springfield College, helping lead the Pride to five consecutive NEWMAC championships and five NCAA Tournament appearances, including a Sweet 16 berth in 2019. In that role, he developed offensive game plans, oversaw daily practice preparation, led recruiting strategy, and coordinated travel and team operations. He began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Springfield from 2015–2017 while earning his Master of Physical Education in Athletic Administration.

As a student-athlete, Lynch was a standout midfielder for Springfield from 2010 to 2014. He was a team captain, a USILA Honorable Mention All-American, and the ECAC New England Offensive Player of the Year in 2013. He graduated ranked second all-time in career assists and sixth all-time in total points in program history, while helping the Pride claim four conference championships.

Lynch also brings extensive experience from the club circuit, having served as Director of the New England Lacrosse Academy and held head coaching roles with the New England Blazers and Stallions Lacrosse Club, developing top-tier talent throughout the region.

In addition to his coaching work, Lynch is an experienced educator. He served as a physical education teacher in the Northampton Public Schools and as an adjunct faculty member in the Physical Education Department at Springfield College, supervising aspiring teachers and student-coaches.
