Nathaniel Milevskiy finished hissixth season as an Assistant Coach with the Franklin Pierce fieldhockey team in 2011, after taking a year off in 2010.
Born and raised in Cairns,Australia, Milevskiy grew up around top-level field hockey as hissister, Letitia, represented Australia nationally, including toursof both Malaysia and Singapore. Milevskiy would follow in hissister's footsteps and go on to become the youngest person to playin Cairns' top men's field hockey division, which he would laterlead in scoring.
After arriving at Franklin Pierce,Milevskiy took his knowledge of the game to the broadcast booth andserved as the voice of the field hockey program for WFPC-LP 105.3FM. From there, former Head Coach Judy Heddy quickly discovered hiseye for the game and moved him to the sideline.
Milevskiy's primaryresponsibilities include working with the program's goalkeepers. In2008, his work paid dividends for the Ravens, as Kristin Tormollancaptured Northeast-10 Conference Goalkeeper of the Year, First-TeamAll-Northeast-10 and Northeast-10 All-Rookie honors under histutelage.
A 2008 graduate with a bachelors inhistory, Milevskiy served as WFPC-LP 105.3 FM's manager and alsocontributed as a member of both the Franklin Pierce Fire Companyand Franklin Pierce Emergency Medical Services during his timeon-campus as an undergraduate.
Milevskiy currently resides inWinchendon, Mass., where he serves as a firefighter and emergencymedical technician.
