Erickson Richard

Erickson Richard is in her second year as the Graduate Assistant Coach for the Franklin Pierce University field hockey program while pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Management.

A 2023 graduate of Saint Michael’s College (Vt.), Richard earned a double major in Business and Art & Design, with a minor in Psychology. She was a Dean’s List student, a NE10 and NFHCA Academic Honor Roll honoree, a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Student Government Committee, and the recipient of her college’s Leadership Award. On the field, she was the team’s leading goal scorer and assistant captain as a junior, earning NE10 Third Team All-Conference honors. As a senior, she served as team captain and earned NE10 Second Team All-Conference recognition. She capped her collegiate career by being selected to the NFHCA Division II Senior All-Star Game in Seattle, Washington.

A native of Madison, Connecticut, Richard was a four-year varsity starter at Daniel Hand High School. She helped lead her team to a state championship as a junior, earning Second Team All-Conference honors that season and First Team All-Conference honors as a senior.
