Brett Bosley

Brett Bosley enters in his second year as an Athletic Communication Graduate Assistant at Franklin Pierce University in 2015-16, where he assist with all media relations and statistical operation for the Department of Athletics' 25 varsity programs. Bosley, along with the office's other graduate assistant, will serve as the co-primary contact for Franklin Pierce's regionally prominent men's and women's basketball programs and men's and women's track & field programs. In addition, he will serve as the primary contact for the University's regionally competitive volleyball program, as well as the softball and men's and women's golf programs.

No stranger to Rindge, Bosley is a 2014 graduate of the University with a degree in mass communication and served on the Athletic Communication student staff during all four years of his undergraduate career. Most notably, Bosley was heavily involved with the student-run Pierce Media Group, as he served two years as Director of Ravens Sports Network, which provides audio coverage for over 75 home Athletics contests every year.

In addition to his two years overseeing all of RSN's operations, he provided play-by-play coverage for multiple championship-level events as an undergrad: the 2013 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship East Regional, the 2011 NCAA Men's Soccer Championship (including the national quarterfinal), the 2011 NCAA Baseball Championship East Regional. Perhaps most impressively, Bosley put together the first-ever radio coverage for the Northeast-10 Conference Men's Golf Championship when Franklin Pierce hosted the event in 2013.

For his work with RSN and Franklin Pierce's Marlin Fitzwater Center for Communication, Bosley earned the Marlin Fitzwater Medallion for Service to the Public Discourse. The medallion is the highest honor given by the Fitzwater Center to graduating seniors.

Bosley has collected wide-ranging communication across multiple sports outside of Rindge. He was selected by the Northeast-10 Conference to serve on the Pack Network broadcast team for the 2013 Northeast-10 Ice Hockey Championship (including the semifinals and final) and he has worked as an intern, and later media specialist, for the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. At the team level, he spent time as an intern with the Worcester Sharks during the 2012-13 American Hockey League season, and currently serves as a Tour Guide at Fenway Park for the Boston Red Sox in his time away from Rindge.

Originally from Mooers Forks, N.Y., Bosley currently resides in Manchester, N.H. and is pursuing his master's in sports management from Franklin Pierce.
