ALLENDALE, Mich. (5/7/25) - The Franklin Pierce women's golf team were back in action in the NCAA East Regional play this morning at The Meadows Golf Course, hosted by Grand Valley State. After the third round, the Ravens climbed to 9th out of 18 teams but fell short of qualifying for the NCAA DII National Championships.
Franklin Pierce posted a team score of 308 (+20) through 18 holes and scored 943 (+79) for the tournament. Kesinee Prukmathakul (Bangkok, Thailand) led the Ravens by scoring an even 72 in the third round, highlighted by 3 birdies in the front-nine, and placing 17th overall with a 229 (+13).
Phisonlaya Ruayruen (Chiangmai, Thailand) scored another 77 (+5), highlighted by a steady front-nine tallying a birdie. She placed 26th overall in the tournament, scoring 235 (+19).
Lorelai Flanagan (Arlington, Mass.) also climbed within the top 50, finishing off her consistent showing by 79 (+7) highlighted by a very impressive front-nine having a birdie.
With the elimination, the Ravens look to carry the success they had this year on to the next, as they work hard this offseason.
